Founded in 1992, QSA provides Quality Engineering and Reliability Engineering services for the United States Navy and Software Development/IT services for the Department of Energy. Our capabilities and competencies continue to grow as our customers’ needs evolve and we produce innovative solutions to meet their challenges.

QUALITY ENGINEERING We develop, maintain, and audit quality programs for commercial and military customers. We generate Quality Program Plans for complex systems and produce detailed work instructions to govern production activities. We assess production performance and create meaningful metrics of key performance indicators.

RELIABILITY ENGINEERING We provide accurate and efficient analysis of product reliability data and repair costs. Analysis and charting of failure data is used to show trends that reveal possible design imperfections and/or manufacturing problems. By creating reliability metrics such as mean-time-between-failures (MTBF) over time, reliability improvement or degradation can be visualized.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT We provide innovative software solutions to our U.S. Government and commercial customers. Our focus is on producing well-designed, secure, and highly maintainable applications using the latest technologies.
